The scientific policy of Clermont Auvergne INP is part of a pooling of resources with those of the Clermont Auvergne University, the CNRS and the Clermont-Ferrand University Hospital.

Clermont Auvergne INP is also a member of the Carnot MINES Institute.

Actively contributing to the
I-SITE CAP 20-25 labeling process

With its three laboratories and its doctoral school, Clermont Auvergne INP actively contributes to the I-SITE CAP 20-25 labeling process on the theme “Designing sustainable living and production models” with the following objectives:

  •  the development of research of excellence in the fields of engineering
  •  the emergence of new themes through an interdisciplinary approach
  • the development of strong partnership research with the socio-economic world and the concerted promotion of scientific advances
  •  strengthening international collaborations
